Tamiya"s Mini 4WD series have a large fan base throughout the world, and now a new model is
added to its ranks. It has the modern three piece MS chassis and is called the Dash-1 Emperor.
The retro style body (Length: 152mm, Width: 92mm, Height: 52.8mm) will give long-time fans a
bit of nostalgia. Comes with guidelines showing how to make the body lighter as well as pin
spike tires which were used with earlier Mini 4WDs.


This year will be the 20th year since the Mini 4WD has appeared in comic books. Dash-1
Yonkuro was serialized by Shogakukan in their monthly Koro Koro comic magazine for five
years from 1987 until 1992. This car is used by the very popular main character Yonkuro
Hinomaru.
